The Rooted Ritual Membership is non-transferrable and non-refundable. Services do not carry over from one month to the next. If you don’t use your monthly service in the month it was earned, you do not have the ability to transfer it to a future month. Monthly services cannot be shared with family members with the exception of a minor child. (Ie. you can use your monthly service on your 16 year old daughter while you are in attendence, but you cannot gift it to your 47 year old sister.)

Additional discounts are not restricted to number of uses, however reservations are required and availability is subject to change at any time.

All Rooted Ritual Membership discounts cannot be combined with any other offers. The best offer will be honored at the time of check out. Discounts are not transferrable to any other person nor can they be used to gift services, packages, or gift cards to any other person.

Root & Rind cancelation policies still apply. If you cancel within 24 hours of your services, 50% of the single service will be charged. You will retain your monthly service credit for that month if this happens and you cannot transfer that service credit toward the cancelation fee.
